Join us for this special gathering!

This series empowers women to cultivate collective healing and self-care for themselves.

  • Part 1: Saturday, Oct 5th from 9:30-11:30am

  • Part 2: Saturday, Nov 16th from 9:30am-12pm

  • Part 3: Saturday, Dec 14th from 9:30am-12pm

Recharge and replenish so that you can go out into the world operating from a place of soulful purpose and abundant energy!

Together we will create a safe space to support each other in giving and receiving care, staying connected with our authentic selves, finding balance, and nourishing all parts of ourselves (physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually).

Our first get-together will be an introduction to energy healing, group sharing on wellness topics, the exchange of care in restorative yoga, and a sample Reiki treatment during relaxation.

We will also incorporate yoga therapy, lifestyle coaching, aromatherapy, and mindfulness practices for deeper integration.

This event is for anyone looking for a fun and compassionate space for true healing and sisterhood!

Women’s Challenge Hike to the top of Cucamonga Peak!

Sunday April 28th, 2019

6:45 am - 3pm

Join us for a women’s challenge hike to the top of Cucamonga Peak (8,859’)! This is one of the highest peaks in Southern California and on a clear day offers incredible views in all directions of the whole area.

This is a fundraiser organized collaboratively between Body Love Soul Purpose and Naretoi. All money will be donated to Naretoi (a registered 501c-3 nonprofit organization.)

Your professional wilderness guide: Rafaelle Abramovitz. She has 17 years of experience and first aid training.

The purpose of this event is to celebrate women’s strength and raise awareness about the struggles women face in other parts of the world, while raising funds for Maasai girls in Kenya.

It is meant to serve as a partner event to the Naretoi Women’s expedition to Mt. Kenya that Naretoi hosts once a year.

This is also a chance to meet and interact with other women with similar interests and to participate in a challenging physical climb in a supportive, team-oriented group.

Meeting point: Icehouse Canyon Trailhead

Join us for an hour of gentle yoga followed by a guided soul session!

The first Saturday of every month from 9:30-11:30am.

There’s no need to sign up in advance - just come! Suggested donation is $20.

Please bring a yoga mat, sunscreen, and water bottle.

We meet directly North of the pier/lifeguard stand 13 in Hermosa Beach…where the sea meets the sand!
