Josie and Rachel were first introduced at Life Lab, a beautiful wellness center and social house for women in Hermosa Beach, California. They share similar backgrounds, stories, and passions, each bringing their own unique perspectives to women's issues and mental/physical health. Josie and Rachel's friendship has blossomed into a shared passion for creating experiences and relationships to help women along their journeys of healing and growth, relating to body image and self esteem issues, recovery, relationship concerns, soul purpose, self love, and everything in between!
