HOW HAVE YOU COME TO LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOUR BODY?
Yoga has made me appreciate my body for its strength, wisdom and its ability to connect me to how I am feeling in that moment. Whatever happens in my mind also shows up in my body and vice verse. There is no disconnection. So if I fail to listen to my intuition, my body quickly reminds me of what I already know in the form of a headache, upset stomach, fatigue, injury etc. To learn to honor our intuition is one of the greatest gifts yoga has to offer.
